Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of working experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in F&B or retail industry
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal). Mandarin is preferred
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Formulate and execute business development plans that align with the company’s objectives and market trends
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and cultivate new ones to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets through effective promotion of services and negotiation of contracts
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- Awareness & Engagement: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights
