Kelayakan

  • Good command of English. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in multinational corporation (MNC), with the ability to pitch to key stakeholders.
  • Over 6 years of Sales and Business Development experience with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and need to communicate in Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Compulsory to have own transport.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
  • Knowledge & experience in Engineering field is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

  • Meet and exceed agreed set of KPIs, including sales, revenue & profit targets.
  • Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
  • Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
  • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople .
