Kelayakan
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Japanese a plus)
- SPM level or above
- Experienced staff preferred. Experience selling beauty products, skin care or cosmetics a plus
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Must be able to use PC (Excel and Word)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays, including store hours.
- Short-term work is not available. (6 months or more)
- Must be energetic and a team player.
- Must be dynamic, have sales goals, and be a high performer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Malaysian working visa holder
- Have a sense of responsibility
- Healthy and physically fit
Tanggungjawab
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Provide professional treatments and beauty consulting
- Follow up with customers
- Providing beauty advice and product recommendations
- Promote sales of cosmetics and coupons
- Assist clients in meeting or exceeding daily sales goals
- Follow up with clients after treatments
- Register in the system and arrange appointments for clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to messages
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Perform ad hoc duties as directed by management
