Kelayakan
- Possess minimum SPM or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to speak and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good customer service skills
- Skills required: Customer Service, Communication, Live Streaming, Sales, Sales Techniques
- Able to start immediately
- Able to work on shift (and able to do live at night)
- Have a positive image, great personality
- Confident to do live sales on Tiktok
- Able to speak loud and clear
- Fast learner about product knowledge
- Have good communication and interpersonal skill
Tanggungjawab
- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
- Make sure products in good condition when handling
- Create a positive image and convince customer to buy the products
- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
- Able to do sales on Tiktok Live 2 times per day (morning / day / night)
- Handle customers complaints
- Able to serve customers at boutique very well
- Process orders, Packing and handle customer service
- Report on demonstration related information
