Kelayakan
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, live-selling, or retail industries.
- Able to speak in English
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms (experience is a plus).
- Data Analysis Ability: Basic ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Resilience & Goal-Oriented: Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment and driven to achieve high performance.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the live-selling and operations teams to boost sales performance.
Tanggungjawab
- Sell Company’s Own Products – Responsible for selling the company’s self-developed or sourced products through online and offline channels to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention – Proactively develop new customers while maintaining relationships with existing customers to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Live Selling Support – Assist in live-selling activities by engaging with the audience, answering customer inquiries, and driving product sales.
- Market Promotion & Channel Expansion – Expand sales channels based on market demand, including social media, e-commerce platforms, and offline partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Development – Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback, optimize sales processes, and improve conversion rates.
- Customer Service & Feedback Collection – Follow up on customer orders, handle after-sales issues, collect customer feedback, and report to the team for product and service improvements.
- Competitor Analysis & Market Research – Keep track of market trends, analyze competitors' strategies, and provide valuable market insights.
- Sales Data Analysis & Reporting – Regularly compile sales data, analyze performance, and report progress to management with improvement suggestions.
