Kelayakan
- Language(s) Required: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle sales inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer records and ensure follow-ups before and after sales.
- Provide support and resolve customer inquiries.
- Track and prepare sales reports, monitor performance, and provide insights.
- Liaise with the accounts, project, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Assist in sales-related administrative work and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
