Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant courses in design and editing.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- More than 2 years of work experience.
- In-depth understanding of design theories, principles, and best practices, and the ability to apply them to actual work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of effective collaboration with team members from different backgrounds and functions.
- Stay sensitive to design trends and technologies, and continuously learn and enhance skills and knowledge.
- Problem-solving ability and creative thinking, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
- Able to work overtime.
- Recent design works must be provided.
- Outstanding performance may lead to incentive bonuses.
- Applicants must attach a recent passport-sized photo.
Tanggungjawab
- Work closely with the team to understand and address design needs and challenges.
- Proficient in design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., to achieve design goals.
- Video editing skills are a plus.
- Responsible for designing and producing visual elements.
- Develop and maintain brand image and style guides to ensure design consistency.
- Brand-related graphic design (including: graphic brochures, posters, DM production).
- Regular optimization of the official website and visual design and layout of scheduled activities.
- Marketing campaign banners, EDM related graphic and text layouts, digital media advertisements, and social media graphics.
- Packaging design and print outsourcing management.
- Collaboration on store/temporary counter display projects.
