Position Overview:

This role is responsible to provide comprehensive oversight of all operations project-related aspects. The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring efficient project management practices, promptly addressing and resolving any escalations, and maintaining the highest standards of project execution. 

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

• System and Process Mastery: Mastering the company’s systems, operating processes, SOPs, and policies to ensure consistency in project management.
• Project Planning and Execution: Planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of multiple projects across the company.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Communicating project objectives, requirements, and progress updates to cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and collaboration.
• Risk Identification and Resolution: Identifying and addressing project risks, escalating critical issues to management for prompt resolution.
• UAT Testing and Deadline Management: Conducting UAT testing and ensuring its completion within the established timeframe.
• Documentation Management: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, UAT records, reports, meeting minutes, and any changes to the project scope.
• Resource Allocation Support: Assisting with the efficient allocation of resources, ensuring project teams remain on schedule and within budget.
• Proactive Risk Mitigation: Proactively identifying potential risks or obstacles and collaborating with teams to resolve issues and prevent delays.
• Team Support and Guidance: Providing support and guidance to project teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring projects meet high-quality standards and deliverables meet the expectations of clients or stakeholders.
• Change Management Support: Supporting change management processes, handling project adjustments, and securing necessary approvals.
• Post-Project Review and Improvement: Assisting in post-project reviews to gather insights and contribute to process improvements for future projects.
• Industry Trends and Best Practices: Staying informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management, incorporating relevant insights into project planning and execution.
