Kelayakan
- A degree in accounting or a related field
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial accounting and reporting domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Proficiency in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Tanggungjawab
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements
- Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Oversee the petty cash fund, ensuring adequate cash is available for business expenses. (e.g., office supplies, minor repairs, parking fees) and ensure receipts are obtained and properly documented each transaction with corresponding receipts, amounts, and explanations.
- Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Performing bank reconciliations and managing cash flow
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Providing financial advice and recommendations to support business decision-making
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures
