Kelayakan
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in financial and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of financial operations, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and financial reporting standards, working closely with auditors and relevant authorities.
- Manage cash flow and financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.
- Lead and supervise finance team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and performance optimization.
- Support financial strategy and decision-making, identifying financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, tax authorities, and investors.
- Assist in system and process improvements, supporting automation and efficiency initiatives.
- Provide IPO preparation support, working with the Finance Manager on financial due diligence, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Handle ad hoc financial tasks, including managing regulatory applications (e.g., licenses, grants, tax incentives), supporting system implementation (e.g., e-invoicing), and conducting pricing analysis for business decision-making.
