Kelayakan
- Minimum education: SPM and above
- Language required: English & Mandarin
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in maid placement or service industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to maid hiring (preferred).
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
Tanggungjawab
- Promote and sell maid placement services to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable maids.
- Generate leads and build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to source and match maids.
- Arrange interviews between clients and potential maids.
- Handle contracts, payments, and necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide after-sales support, including resolving client concerns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases.
