Kelayakan
- Fresh graduates welcome – SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders.
- Language Proficiency – Must be able to speak and read Mandarin & English.
- Experience – Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Technical Skills – Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Soft Skills – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Schedule – 5-day work week with rotational shifts.

- Handle inbound & outbound calls efficiently.
- Provide prompt solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Adhere to company service standards and communication guidelines.
- Manage high call volumes effectively.
- Resolve complaints by offering appropriate solutions within the set time frame.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process accounts.
- Follow company policies & procedures in all communications.
