We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and ideally experienced Interior Designer with exceptional visualization skills to design both aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of each project from inception to completion. A background in interior design, interior architecture, architecture, or construction management is highly preferred.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will be proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Coohom, AiHouse, and other relevant tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to foster effective collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members, ensuring successful project delivery.

- Additionally, the candidate should have their own transport and be fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects while solving problems creatively is a must.
Tanggungjawab
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, providing professional design solutions.
- Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, including: Creating 2D & 3D models, sketches, floor plans, and construction drawings.
- Determine required resources (materials, furnishings, decor, manpower, suppliers, contractors) while adhering to budget constraints.
- Oversee all activities on-site, ensuring: Permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained, Contractors comply with safety and regulatory standards, Projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, Provide regular updates to clients and the company.
- Conduct frequent site visits and maintain strong communication with suppliers and contractors to ensure: Accurate execution of designs, Top-notch work quality, Timely project delivery.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues that disrupt project progress, implementing effective solutions.
- Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques, continuously improving design skills.
