Kelayakan
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the stamping hardware or related manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successful customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities.
- Knowledge of metal stamping processes and products is highly desirable.
Tanggungjawab
New Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential customers in the automotive, electronics, and other relevant industries.
- Utilize market research, industry events, and online platforms to build a robust lead pipeline.
- Cold - call, email, and network to establish initial contact with prospects and convert them into customers.
Customer Relationship Management
