Education & Experience
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology/Food Science/Applied Science/Business Administration/Marketing.
- Good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Good personality, positive mindset and independent.
Tanggungjawab
- Collaborate with the food solutions team to research, develop, and test new food products, recipes, and menu items.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging food trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products in the food industry.
- Assist in creating and optimizing food menus for various customer segments, considering dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
- Participate in recipe development and refinement, ensuring consistency and quality across all food offerings.
- Help analyze the nutritional content of food items and provide recommendations for healthier options or ingredient substitutions.
- Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for food products and menu items, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and establish relationships for ongoing supply needs.
- Assist in ensuring that all food offerings meet safety and regulatory requirements, including labeling, allergen information, and food handling practices.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback related to food offerings to make improvements and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Maintain records of food-related activities, create reports, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, culinary techniques, and food technology, and actively participate in training opportunities.
