1) Human Resources:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
- Assist with the recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding process.
- Maintain/Update employee records and HR Database.
- Assist supervisor to monitor and control tardy and absenteeism reports and ensure proper documentation is issued on employees who have excessive tardiness or absenteeism problems.
- Acts as an employee relations specialist - support employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist supervisor on the development of HR processes, policies and systems.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all HR practices.
- Assist supervisor to liaise with employees, supervisors, foreign workers on the problem resolution of employee grievances, disciplinary matters, complaints, and other disputes.
- Office Management - manage office items
- Handle and coordinate end-to-end foreign worker hiring and any other matters including medical check-ups.
- PPE and uniforms following organizational requirements and safety standards.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
2) Hostel Management:
- Handle for monthly utility bills collection
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident registers and inspection reports
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure adherence to regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address issues
- Handle documentation such as tenancy agreements, floor plans, CCC certificates etc for JTK certification
3) Foreign Worker(Quota, Work Permit New/Renewal, Passport Renewal, Fomema Checkup, COM, re-entry, calling visa, abscond, hostel) - Handle and coordinate with foreign workers including liase with immigration
