Kelayakan

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Must be able to read and write in Mandarin due to needs of dealing with employees from China
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and worker visa processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Tanggungjawab

  • Manage all HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and handling onboarding.
  • Support employee visa applications, ensure immigration compliance, and assist with related inquiries.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, conduct exit interviews, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate outsourced cleaning services, monitor schedules, and ensure service quality.
  • Identify training needs, organize development programs, and ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations.
  • Collect and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports for management, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Organize staff engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and events.
