Kelayakan
- Minimum education: Diploma and above
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Skills required: Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, Administrative Skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Pleasant personality with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
Tanggungjawab
- Sell a range of products and services directly to customers via retail and/or e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Identify customer needs and provide recommendations on product selection, pricing, delivery options, warranties, and product usage/care.
- Process sales transactions, including preparing sales invoices and accurately recording sales.
- Assist in stock management, including inventory tracking and participating in stock counts.
- Collaborate with the social media content team to develop engaging content for product promotions and marketing campaigns.
