Kelayakan
- Degree in accounting with qualifications from CMA /ACCA (will be an advantage
- 3-4 years experiences (with some years in logistics/Supply Chain Company)
- SQL system, Window & Microsoft applications.
- Good communication in English
- Knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation
- Dealings with statutory bodies such as; SSM/EPF/ LHDN etc
Tanggungjawab
- Accounting, Audit and Department Leadership
- Creating and implementing financial policies for the organization
- Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the Group of Companies
- Maintain receipts and records for all related business transactions
- Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize financial position and resources
- Preparing balance sheet, invoices, etc
- Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
- Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit
- Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, forecast preparation and investments
- Coordinate with statutory bodies and auditor on necessary procedures to complete year-end closing
- Lead in financial audits
- Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues
- Monthly reports: PnL/Management/AR & AP and Cash Flow
- Banking and related activities
