Kelayakan

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Malaysia.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in payroll, benefits administration, and work permit processing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.

Tanggungjawab

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Filter resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle work permits and visa applications for foreign workers.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, ISO standards, and company policies.
  • Arrange and oversee ISO meetings related to HR policies and standards.

Employee Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits, including bonus, insurance, profit sharing, and education allowances.
  • Develop and implement fair and competitive salary increments based on performance evaluations.

Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Implement performance appraisal systems to monitor employee growth and contributions.

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
