Kelayakan
- Diploma/Bachelor or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field of studies.
- Candidate with 1year of experience in quality control within the food processing industry will be prioritized.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., JAKIM, BKKM).
- Possessed strong work ethics
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct quality check throughout out the process flow from Receiving (incoming raw material) to Distribution (outgoing finished goods). Ensure adherence to Halal & food safety standard and pay attention to details
- Perform inspections and lab analysis on imported & in-house products to verify their compliance with specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor to eliminate (or at least minimise) any possible risk and quality-deviation.
- Respond to any feedback / complaints from customers related to product quality.
- In charge of making sure all food product documentations from all suppliers are validated.
- Supervise pest control activities conducted by appointed external contractor.
- Ensure all machineries & equipment are accurate and calibrated accordingly.
