Kelayakan
- Achieve at least SPM education
- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role
- Experienced in General Trade and Modern Trade
- Experienced in HORECA and food service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with the sales and marketing strategies in the relevant industry
Tanggungjawab
- Proactively identify and reach out to prospective customers
- Provide excellent customer service and product demonstrations to build strong relationships
- Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed sales records
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide valuable feedback to the management team to help improve sales processes
