Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Able to converse in Mandarin is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a healthcare setting is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle patient inquiries, and maintain a well-organized front desk.
- Must be thorough in handling patient records, billing, and appointment scheduling.
Tanggungjawab
- Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and addressing any concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment booking system, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely reminders for patients.
- Telephone Support: Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services, insurance, and dental procedures.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, update information, and process forms and documents as required.
- Billing and Payments: Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and insurance verification, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Patient Follow-Up: Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments, treatment plans, and post-visit care to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Clean and Organized Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is welcoming, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary materials, including brochures and forms.
