Kelayakan
- Kindly share a portfolio highlighting your design work upon applying.
- At least 2 years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or related fields.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong skills in animation, motion design, and digital visuals. Familiar with social media design trends, video formats (short-form and long-form), and digital content creation.
- Experience in creating GIFs, memes, and email marketing campaign banners.
- Open to learning, feedback, and collaboration in a creative environment.
Tanggungjawab
Creative & Multimedia Production
- Design engaging static and motion graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit and produce video content for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
Branding & Visual Identity
- Maintain and uphold Xamble’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external materials.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, digital assets, and event materials as needed.
Content Creation & Execution
- Support photoshoots and video production, assisting in art direction and execution.
- Work on storyboarding, animation, and motion design for digital campaigns.
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., production houses, video editors, printers) when necessary.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, handling multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
