Kelayakan
- Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Building, Otherwise.
- Fresh Graduate / 1-2 years working experience in related field.
- Required skills : Micosoft Office / any related with QS works.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision committed and good communication skills.
Tanggungjawab
Assist Senior Contract Manager / Commercial Manager on :
- Preparation of Tender / Procurement of Contract.
- Generate Budget and Control of each individual project account.
- Constant update and renewing sub contractor quotation to keep the company competitive in the dynamic market.
- Preparation of report of profit and lost of each individual project after the settlement of project.
- Project quantity taking off.
- Able to liaise with Clients, Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
- To implement ISO 9001 Management Systems.
