Kelayakan
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any field (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Minimum 1- 2 years and above working experience in purchasing (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Preferable Mandarin/Cantonese speaking
- Self-motivated and fast learner
- The ability to follow up and communication
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office application and accounting software (Autocount)
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- To sources, select, evaluate and negotiate with supplier
- To Plan, executive, coordinate all the purchasing activities which include prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price arrange and monitor delivery of goods purchase
- Verify invoices & good received before channeling to Accounts for payment
- To perform price analysis and evaluation in order to assist management decision (collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends)
- Assist sales department on issue Quotation to Debtor
- To ensure compliance with all Company's operating policiesj procedures and standing instructions
- Any ad-hoc assigned by the superior
