Kelayakan
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required.Basic Malay communication
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Handle document filing, data entry, and general office administration tasks.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the management and sales team.
