*To promote company products & services to prospective customers.
* Update customers with monthly promotions and campaigns.
* To achieve the monthly target set by the Company.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets which are required by the management
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
* Answer questions about products or the company
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
* Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Take and process orders in an accurate manner
* Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
* Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Tanggungjawab
- Minimum of 6 months telesales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- SPM and above
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in the telecommunications industry (e.g., telco, mobile devices, or fiber services).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficient in cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up techniques.
- Ability to build rapport with potential and existing customers over the phone.
- Skilled in explaining complex products or services in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Comfortable working with sales scripts and adapting to customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- BTC knowledge or experience is an added advantage.
- Goal-oriented with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or telesales software is an added bonus.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in the telecommunications industry, including but not limited to:
- Telco services: Sales or support for mobile plans, postpaid or prepaid packages, and supplementary telco services.
- Mobile devices: Retail or sales experience involving smartphones, tablets, smart accessories, or other related consumer electronics.
- Fiber services: Knowledge or experience in promoting and selling fiber internet plans, broadband packages, or related home connectivity solutions."
