Kelayakan
- Language(s) Required: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Education: Diploma or higher in Food Science, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Previous experience in food manufacturing or production management is a plus.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory
- control, and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Leadership: Excellent team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Production Planning & Coordination – Organize production schedules based on orders and inventory levels, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Quality & Compliance – Maintain strict adherence to food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Process Improvement – Monitor production efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Team Leadership & Training – Supervise, train, and motivate factory staff to maintain productivity, safety, and discipline.
- Equipment & Safety Management – Oversee machinery maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
