Kelayakan
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Professional certifications such as PMP or PE are an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing MEP systems within commercial buildings, with a focus on preservation, maintenance, or renovation of high-profile properties.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems.
- Project Management Skills: Experience in managing large-scale projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors in the preservation of complex MEP systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to find solutions to technical and operational challenges efficiently.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other project management tools relevant to MEP management.
Tanggungjawab
- MEP Preservation Management: Oversee the maintenance, preservation, and upgrading of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) within the client building, ensuring that all systems are preserved according to the highest standards.
- Design & Engineering Coordination: Collaborate with client, project and drafter teams to review and ensure MEP systems meet the required preservation and operational standards. Coordinate any design changes or upgrades as needed.
- Team Leadership: Lead the MEP team dedicated to the client, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with project timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of MEP systems to identify areas requiring attention or preservation. Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage the MEP budget for the preservation project, ensuring resources are used effectively and that costs are controlled.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Work closely with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of necessary MEP equipment and services. Evaluate vendor performance and compliance with specifications.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage any risks related to MEP systems during the preservation process. Develop strategies to mitigate potential issues that may arise.
- Compliance: Ensure all MEP systems comply with local codes, safety regulations, and Apple’s global standards for operational efficiency.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for all MEP-related work within the preservation project.
