Kelayakan
- Diploma / Degree holder from a recognized University.
- Fluent in written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Credit in physics, chemistry or mathematics will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Have some experience on procurement & logistics process.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Fresh graduates with keen interest in the job are also encouraged to apply.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare the quotation and documentation requested by customer.
- Provide sales support and services and coordination for for sales-relate activities.
- To handle sales inquiries, maintain and update customer order status and keep track on all deliveries.
- To maintain proper filing system of all documents and correspondence.
- To assists in daily sourcing operations including sourcing material, price negotiation and follow up delivery.
- To perform and ad-hoc task and duties in relation to the job scope assigned by your superior from time to time.
