Identifying opportunities to drive revenue by proactively pitching and guiding clients to launch influencer marketing campaigns and/or subscribe. Providing support and guidance to clients for their campaigns, and/or use of the platform. Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, leveraging market insights to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration. Market and Competitor Research: Continuously research market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies, improve product knowledge, and identify new business opportunities. Product Feedback and Advocacy: Gather feedback from clients and prospects on product features, functionality, and usability, and provide insights to inform product development and enhancements. Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and share market insights and thought leadership internally and externally to position Emplifive as a trusted advisor in the Malaysia market. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams on strategy, operations, and account management to optimize workflows, improve client outcomes, and drive overall business growth.
