Kelayakan
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Candidates must have 1-2 years of experiences in procurement, product management or supply chain management, preferably wholesale or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Preferably to have own transport.
Tanggungjawab
- Identify and source products that in aligning with the company’s quality standards and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with suppliers/manufacturers to ensure time delivery and cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain a good relationship with key suppliers and monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with the Operations team to forecast inventory needs, manage stock levels and ensure the availability of products.
- Perform reporting and data analysis to track and report on procurement performance, cost savings, and inventory turnover.
- Stay up-to-date of industry trends, new products, and emerging markets to make informed purchasing decisions.
