Kelayakan
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices (e.g. SST, bookkeeping).
- Familiar with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle day-to-day general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Manage company documentation, records, and office supplies.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and petty cash.
- Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and external parties when necessary.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, claims, and payroll support.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Provide support to the management and other departments as needed.
