Kelayakan
- Minimum education: SPM and above
- Be able to read and write in English and Malaysia
- Skills required: Customer Service, Communication Skills, Sales Coordination
- Computer literate
- Good communication & attitude
- Related & Profound Work Experience
- Able to work under stress
Tanggungjawab
- Building Customer relationships.
- Ability to reply promptly to customers’ inquiries through calls and other social media platforms.
- Communicating with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide customers with information on return, and store/products policies.
