Kelayakan
- Minimum education: SPM and above
- Language required: English/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin/ Tamil
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, minimum 3 years experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Ability to manage and drive performance, even under challenging circumstances.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong leadership skills: The ideal candidate must be able to manage teams efficiently, ensuring they hit sales targets, even in difficult or high-pressure situations.
- Proactive mindset: Must be able to adapt to changing market dynamics and quickly pivot sales strategies.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing )to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Ensure effective pipeline management and proper forecasting.
- Handle any escalated issues from clients and ensure resolutions are provided efficient.
