Kelayakan
Experience & Education
- Over 2 years of experience in data administration and document management.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an HR environment.
- Educational background in HR Data Management, HR Administration, or related coursework is preferred.
Technical Proficiency
- Experience with customer relationship management platforms or equivalent tools.
Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

- Accurately manage and safeguard employee data, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Leverage CRM tools such as ServiceNow and Zendesk to efficiently track and resolve cases.
- Oversee documentation workflows, ensuring alignment with internal policies and compliance standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency in data and document management processes.
- Deliver high-quality support to the People Operations team and contribute to various HR initiatives.
