Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree or Professional Certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, Green Book by DOSH) are a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian HSSE laws, industry standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze risks, develop systems, and implement improvements effectively.
Tanggungjawab
Strategic HSSE Leadership:
- Develop, lead, and continuously improve the company’s HSSE strategies, policies, and systems in alignment with legal and corporate requirements.
- Drive a strong HSSE culture across all operations, sites, and departments to ensure a “zero-harm” workplace.
- Set annual HSSE objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks in line with business goals.
Regulatory Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant HSSE legislation (e.g., OSHA 1994, EQA 1974, FMA 1967, DOSH, DOE requirements).
- Manage external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reporting to government agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure company readiness for ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and maintain compliance.
