Kelayakan
- Minimum education is Degree in any related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Applicants must have at least a Bachelor's Degree/Finance/Accounting/Banking degree or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Manufacturing factory finance and tax experience is required.
- Able to work independently, under pressure, think positively and keep learning.
- Strong communication skills and creative thinking skills.
- Familiar with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, prioritize, manage time effectively and always demonstrate team spirit.
- Proficient in the use of financial software and office software such as Microsoft Excel.
- Working experience in Chinese enterprises is preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare monthly financial reports, financial audits and tax returns.
- Provide management with regular and ad hoc analysis of company financial data and overall financial performance.
- Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets and monitor actual performance.
- Responsible for the company's tax affairs.
- Maintain liaison with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretary and other statutory bodies/authorities.
- Ensure that the company complies with legal and other regulatory requirements including accounting, legal, secretarial and taxation matters.
- Independently handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses and bank reconciliation.
- Audit import and export cargo documents, and interface with freight forwarders for related business.
- Other matters temporarily assigned by finance manager or director.
