Kelayakan
- Proven 1–2 years of experience in Retail, F&B management, Tourism, Hospitality, Factory, or Pet Shop with a strong focus on operational procedures, manpower management, administration, human resources, wages calculation, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Dedicated, devoted, multi-tasking, and hard-working person.
- Familiar and experience with Employment Act 1955 (Act 265).
- Ability to work rotating shifts & flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience and passionate about animals, especially cats, with knowledge in animal welfare and behaviour.
- Possesses a vibrant and engaging personality.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Able to speak and write in English; knowledge of other languages such as Mandarin, Tamil, or any foreign language is an advantage.
- Experience or interest in social media content creation is preferable (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Experience in liaising with local authorities (such as MBJB, TNB, SAJ, DVS, PERHILITAN, JTK, Immigration & Customs Department) and matters related to animal licensing and welfare will be considered an advantage.
- Has own transport is an advantage (Mileage claimable for work traveling purposes, subject to approval).
- We might offer to the candidate for another suitable job position, we feel the skills set and experience is not fit with the Boutique Supervisor.
- We provided accommodation to the staff staying outside Johor Bahru (Selected staff only)
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Manage manpower effectively, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff members (especially foreign workers).
- Ensure that the welfare of all animals under his/her care is consistently maintained and upheld.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks related to inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
- Support human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Calculate wages and ensure accurate payroll processing for all staff.
- Assist with or manage basic social media content creation and posting on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook to promote the boutique and engage with the community.
