Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage and coordinate all procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, vendor negotiation, and cost optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and services based on the company's requirements.
• Evaluate vendor quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure optimal inventory.
• Analyze market trends to identify changes that could impact supply and demand.
• Ensure all purchasing activities align with company policies and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with the finance and warehouse teams to ensure timely payments and delivery.
• Prepare and present cost analysis and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Maintain and monitor accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
