- Sales or Customer Service Background – Preferably with experience in handling customer interactions or product/service sales.

- Issue Resolution – Resolve queries within our Scope of Support (SOS) or guide customers toward third-party or paid solutions when necessary.
- Product Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve product issues during the first call to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics – Consistently achieve key targets such as First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, .NET Promoter Score, and New Sales.
- Interpersonal Excellence – Showcase strong communication skills while multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
