Are you a billing whiz with a knack for customer payments and e-invoicing? We want you! We’re on the lookout for an Administrative Specialist to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage office management, maintenance and repairs, supplies, inventory, and ordering as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails, packages, phone calls and emails.
• Maintain and organize office files, documents, bookkeeping, and records.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting System
• Implement and manage E-Invoicing in compliance with LHDN requirements.
• Upload and validate invoices on Mylnvois portal or integrated accounting system.
• Ensure timely issuance, validation, and cancellation of e-Invoices according to the guidelines.
• Provide personal support to Managing Director in all matters including secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters
• Assist on personal running errands assigned or any other assignments as and when required.
• Assist with scheduling personal appointments and managing calendars.
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
• ⁠Provide support for daily office communication and ensure smooth operations.
