Tanggungjawab
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with tracking and recording parcel movements and delivery statuses.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory.
- Coordinate with couriers and operation staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
