We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales & Marketing to manage and grow our online sales channels, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our official webstore. You will play a key role in executing online strategies, optimizing product listings, driving sales campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Store Management
- Manage and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the official webstore.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and visuals are consistently updated.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team to avoid stockouts or overselling.
Sales & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and mega day deals across all platforms.
- Liaise with marketplace account managers for participation in marketing programs.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements to boost conversions.
Order & Customer Management
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment accuracy, and timely shipping.
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Performance Reporting
- Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and sales performance across each platform.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports with insights and action plans.
Content & Visual Coordination
- Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging banners, videos, and product visuals.
- Ensure content is tailored for each platform’s algorithm and audience.
Marketing Collaboration
- Support digital marketing campaigns including paid ads, influencer collaboration, and live sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotions and cross-channel campaigns.
