Kelayakan
- Possess relevant secretarial or administrative qualification, knowledge of Companies Act.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh Graduates / Diploma graduates are welcome to apply
- With or without experience
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Keen to learn more and committed to accomplish assigned tasks
- Computer literate with well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet
Tanggungjawab
- To support the Company Secretary in a wide range of company secretary functions and related Statutory requirements
- Responsible for the preparation of resolutions, minutes of meetings and other corporate secretarial documents
- Proficient in using MYCOID system amongst others for incorporation of companies, allotment of shares, changes to the directors, managers and secretary etc.
