Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least an Degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field.
- Candidate with Electrical/Process/Plant engineering experience will be preferable.
- Must have experience in using engineering software such as AutoCAD or SmartPlan.
- Have experience in process/ waste water treatment / petrochemical will be preferable.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Able to use programming software will have added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Wiling to learn and explore on software customisation.
- Ability to work independently and work proactively with clients and teams.
- Willing to travel around SEA region.
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
- Able to work with Aucotec in-house software and able to analyse the prospects/customers issue to define optimal solutions based on our portfolio for the client.
- Candidate have to liaise with customer around South East Asia ("SEA") for software troubleshooting.
- Updated on new features in the product and transform functions to the message of customer value.
- As a senior consultant, you must also work in other parts of the business, such as training or support to our partners if needed.
- Involve in post sales activities - assists account manager to manage client's request, expectations & troubleshooting.
- Able to handle engineering specifications, calculation, risk assessments.
- Work mainly with client account on planning, presenting and follow up prospect (if needed).
- Presentations at trade shows and Onsite customer consultation, if necessary.
