Kelayakan
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in related field
- Proficient in Mandarin is preferred (communicate effectively with customers in a timely manner).
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably for kitchen cabinets and wardrobe related.
- Advantageous affinity for sales – passionate about selling, interacting with customers, and closing deals.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Work 5+1 days per week (one day working from home) with one day off per week.
Tanggungjawab
- Sales & Regional Strategic Growth – Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and competitive positioning within a given region.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management – Lead, coach and develop high-performing sales teams, set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure continued professional growth.
- Financial & Operational Oversight – Manage regional sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost control to ensure profitability and efficiency across all business operations.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and enhance the customer experience.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy – Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting – Establish and track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior warehousing for continuous improvement.
