Tanggungjawab
- Review and evaluate tender documents before submission.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for necessary documents and information related to tenders.
- Prepare, complete, and submit tender documents according to requirements and deadlines.

- Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies and client requirements.
- Manage a systematic filing system for tender documents, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary data and approvals for tender preparation.
- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
- Handle administrative tasks related to tenders, including documentation, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing financial documents related to tenders, such as payment vouchers and invoices.
- Perform other tender-related administrative tasks as required by management.
