Kelayakan
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or a similar role.
- Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems/software.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Tanggungjawab
Key Responsibilities:
- Order, monitor, and maintain inventory levels to support business operations.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Perform regular stock checks and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Record and update stock movements and adjustments in the inventory system.
- Coordinate with internal departments for inventory planning and forecasting.
- Identify and manage slow-moving or obsolete items for clearance or reallocation.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for procurement and inventory activities.
